Women, Do Not Let Unwanted Body Hair Ruin Your Career!

Written By Sylvia Fletcher - Tuesday, December 10, 2024

I suffered the most embarrassing moment of my life, and I just have to tell someone. See, I lost the job of a lifetime and almost lost my career...all because of a mustache.

I should back up...my name is Heather, and I have a very common problem.

Magazines never talk about it, and most women are afraid to admit it to each other because of how “shameful” or “gross” we all think it is.

But I had no idea my little problem would cost me the job of a lifetime!

It was a Tuesday morning and I was on the way to a job interview. And it wasn’t just any interview, it was “THE” interview for “THE” job.

It was this great company in my favorite part of town. The hours were great, the pay was more than I ever dreamt of, and I always followed their leaders on social media, so I knew this was for me.

Oh, and I was totally prepared. I did all the prep stuff those job search blogs tell you to do - I knew the company, the person interviewing me, all that good stuff.

Then on my way up the elevator, my life flashed before my eyes... or rather, my upper lip did.

See, this is why these days, I NEVER leave home without the Dermabolt.

A Little Mustache Goes a Long Way

Okay, so in the elevator I pulled out my little mirror to make sure my makeup and hair were great... and that’s when I saw it.

By “it” I mean... my mustache... so embarrassing.

Women aren’t supposed to have mustaches, but millions of us do. That’s just a FACT!!!

But see, during the Great Depression and the WW2 era, razor companies had to start selling more razors. Men were at war, people weren’t buying much...so they started selling to women!

Now, women have to have smooth legs, smooth underarms, and absolutely NO FACIAL HAIR OF ANY KIND!!!

I know, I’m upset; but this is a much bigger problem for me. I have some issues that make my upper lip sprout hair like Burt Reynolds.

I was rushing to the interview and had no idea how I missed it... but I did.

And as the elevator door opened, I was practically in tears.

I looked at the receptionist and panicked. I used my hand to cover my mouth and pretended I was about to sneeze.

“I’m here for the job interview.” I said.

“Just have a seat, Mr. Johnson will be right out.”

My heart sank; I was talking to a man! A woman might have understood, but a man? Now I was in serious trouble.

I thought about making an exit right there and then, or maybe running to the bathroom...then he came out.

“We’re so happy to meet you in person Heather,” and Mr. Johnson put his hand out.

But I had one hand on my bag and the other covering up my lip... so I made it worse.

“Let’s just get this over with,” I said, and literally felt a tear come down my face as I knew I was handling this all wrong.

I’ll spare you all the horrifying details, but let’s just say my hand never moved away from my face, Mr. Johnson went from confused to angry pretty quick, and I left without a job offer.

From Shame to Anger to... Research?

So, I went home and threw a fit. I was so mad and confused.

“How did I forget to wax my upper lip?”

I yelled at the mirror, felt sorry for myself, ate too much ice cream and then... I went to work.

I dug deep into research. Not just on women with mustaches (which makes for really strange images) but how to deal with the problem.

That’s when I started seeing women discuss this amazing, life-changing product called Dermabolt”. Right there and then, I knew this was the answer.

What Is Dermabolt and How Does it Work?

Dermabolt is an at-home (or in my case "on the go") hair removal device. They say it’s cheaper than laser, more convenient than shaving, and less painful than waxing.

Needless to say, I was intrigued. See, it takes laser treatment to your home and zaps unwanted hair without damaging the skin.

It's Going Viral

I did some serious research on this thing and it's going viral! Yep, it's sold millions of units to women like me who struggle with just living a normal life without someone staring at their upper lip, their legs or wherever.

You have to look at some of these IG comments:

Amazing Reviews

You have to see this review:

Elizabeth J. Jones - Chester Heights, PA Verified Review

"I'm really loving this device! Easy to use and effective. I saw another review about plucking stubborn darker hairs that didn't seem to lessen after a session and that they didn't come back. I did this after 4 weeks of struck scheduled sessions twice a week and it worked! Those chin hairs don't seem to be growing back as thick or as many! My cheek fuzz which was long and darker is almost non existent now. Can't wait to try on other areas but for now I'm focusing on my face. Good bye mustache and beard 🤣”

And the other reviews for the Dermabolt are amazing too!!!

I’ve used it for 3 weeks on levels 1 and 2 and it gets the job done! I already see less hair now and don’t see any reason to boost up the level! With these results, I will be hair-free in another three weeks!

Got it for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves it!!! She asked me If I wanted to try it and I never thought about using it for myself, but when I tried it I realized it’s actually something that does wonders for me as well! So Yeah, Getting one for myself as well!

My Roommate Blew My Mind

So, I was all set to buy a Dermabolt when I walked in on my roommate in the bathroom... using a Dermabolt!

I looked down and said “I had no clue you...” and before I could finish my sentence she said:

“This is THE BEST answer to my sasquatch legs EVER! I used to pay like $1000 a year on waxing, now I just use this baby while watching British dramas on Sunday nights. It’s the best!”

My Experience

So, I went online and bought one and was counting down the days until it arrived. And now...

OMG, I have no idea how I lived without it! Upper lip, arms, legs, under arm, bikini line... it is perfect for everything.

And, it saved me SO MUCH MONEY! Like, I had no idea how much money I was throwing away.

So...How Much Is The Dermabolt?

Normally, the Dermabolt sells for about $200, but that's normally.

Right now, you can get it for 50% off, but it's a limited time offer. Imagine, spending $109.99 one time instead of $100 every time you need a wax!

And if you purchase more than one, the savings go up!

Final Verdict

Okay, so now...every Sunday evening my roommate and I watch sad British dramas, wish we lived in castles, and use our Dermabolts together.

Plus, I carry it with me! I bought a second one for my car and a third one for my mom who deals with the same issues as me.

I cannot recommend it enough. Buy one, turn it on and watch the hair disappear!
