We Tested The Top Credit Cards. Here’s Why Bilt Is #1

SUMMARY: Bilt is the first and only credit card that lets you earn points on rent and all other purchases with no fees. Bilt even makes it possible to pay your rent with your credit card from your app without any transaction fee. Redeem your Points to pay your next rent or a downpayment on a future home.

All of it without an annual fee!

Bilt Exclusive Benefit

I’ve been looking at credit cards that guarantee I make the most out of every dollar spent.

Since every payment service wants you to use their card when spending money, they need to offer something in return. And Bilt Rewards focuses on the biggest slice of the pie, rent.

Don’t miss out on your single biggest expense!

Since there’s no annual fee and no catch, you can only win.

Here's How Bilt Works

Housing accounts for one-third of inflation!

It’s supposed to take up 30% In reality, it is closer to 50% on one single bill.

Bilt is the only credit card that gives you the means to fight back by earning points every time you pay your bill.

Paying Your Rent

If you pay your rent with the Bilt MasterCard, you get a 1:1 reward for every dollar.

So If your rent is $1.500 per month, you’ll earn 1.500 Bilt points per month for 18.000 per year.

But What If Your Landlord Doesn’t Take Credit Cards?

Even if your landlord only accepts checks, Bilt allows you to pay your rent through the Bilt Rewards app.

Bilt will then send a check on your behalf to your landlord and apply the rent payment to your card. And they do it free of charge!

No transaction fee!

So there's no transaction fee, no issues whatsoever, no matter where you live or how small or big your rent is.

Even if you pay with PayPal or Venmo, you’ll still earn your 1x rewards through Bilt.

Bilt To Boost Your Credit Score

Build your credit history by paying rent.

Bilt can help you boost your credit score by reporting your on-time rent payments to the three biggest credit bureaus: Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian.

Rent reporting can help build a credit history, increase the types of credit on your credit report, and may boost your credit score.

Earn Points

With the Bilt MasterCard, you can boost your points in addition to your rent.

You get 1x points on every purchase, but some get you even more!

2x points on travel

Elevate the way you travel. Earn 2x points on flights, hotels, rental cars, and cruises when booked directly with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies.

3x points in dining

Dine like a royal and earn 3x points whether you're at your favorite restaurant, bar, or ordering in.

Redeem Your Points

Travel

Transfer your Bilt Points 1:1 to over 100+ partner airlines and hotels.

Rent & Downpayment

Redeem your Bilt Points to save on next month’s rent payment, or save your points and put them towards a down payment.

Fitness

Bilt partnered with the nation’s top group fitness classes so you can redeem your points for some of the most popular classes – starting at just 1,600 points a class.

The Bilt Collection

Redeem your Bilt Points for art, home decor, and clothing. With the Bilt Collection, you’ll have exclusive access to a hand-curated catalog of art, decor, and apparel.

Bilt, A Path To Home Ownership

One of the challenges with home ownership when you’re renting is that it’s hard to know if it’s better to rent or own? How do you compare that?

With Bilt, you can see based on your credit profile, your income, real-time interest rates, and what homes you can buy for the same monthly payment as your rent.

Meaning you finally can compare your renting situation to a possible home.

And if you're ready to buy, you can use your points to cover your down payment.

Additional Benefits

Benefits like this can only be found on credit cards that come with an annual fee. With Bilt, you get it for free!

Get help with hard-to-find dinner reservations, perfect last-minute gifts, or insider hotel recommendations.

Pay your monthly cell phone bill with your Bilt MasterCard and get up to $800 of protection.

Purchases covered for theft or damage up to $10,000 per claim.

Up to $5,000 reimbursement if your trip is interrupted or canceled.

Get reimbursed for expenses incurred, including meals, when your trip is delayed more than six hours.

Auto coverage for damages due to collision or theft for most rental cars.

You won't pay a foreign currency conversion fee for purchases converted to U.S. dollars.

Verdict

This is a no-brainer for anyone who rents a home! And an amazing benefit to anyone paying down their mortgage.

Since the average rent is $1,300 per month, you’ll most likely get 1,300 points in rewards. Equivalent to $300 every year.

Yeah, I recommend this to all of my friends and family, and so should you.

One Simple Requirement

The only caveat is that you need to do 5 purchases each month with your Bilt card to qualify.

And since paying your rent counts as 1 of those 5, you only have to do 4 additional purchases.

So you either use your Bilt MasterCard when eating out, as that gives you 3x Bilt points, or just reload an account like your amazon.com account a couple of times with $5.

In the end, you can most likely create 4 purchases naturally, and when they allow you to get approximately 18.000 points per year, well it's a win no matter how you see it.
