There are two treatment plans available, Daytime - which takes 3-4 months! and nighttime which takes 5 months. Here's how it works.
Daytime Aligners: Your aligners should be worn 22 hours per day, as often as possible! Take your aligners out to eat, drink, and brush your teeth. Other than that, it’s best to leave them in around the clock.
Nighttime Aligners: Your aligners should be worn for at least 10 consecutive hours per night, every night. Pop them in before heading to bed, and take them out the next morning. If you ever have additional time during the day to wear your aligners, that’s great too!
On average you receive 15 sets of aligners that transition your teeth to the final perfect smile. Other than that you only have to use the Hyper byte 5 minutes per day to speed up the princess and use Bright Byte if you want that extra white smile.
